2. Platform Description
Implyx provides analytical tools, backtesting infrastructure, and execution routing for external prediction market venues. We do not operate as an exchange or a custodian of funds. All trading activities occur on third-party venues (e.g., Kalshi, Polymarket).
3. Risk Disclosure
Trading prediction markets involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance of any backtested strategy is not indicative of future results. Implyx is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through the use of the Platform.
4. Subscription and Payments
Certain features of the Platform require a paid subscription. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing tiers with prior notice.
